Uhh, if you're gunna make animations like that, try n take a lil more time and make them smoother,i know its not exactly hard, its more or less boredum sets in from all the time it takes, but if you make it smoother, take more freeze frame pics of the movements, and you will be taking one step further than any of the other animators of freeze frame on New Grounds, they're all choppy, but you got a good idea goin, and btw you screwed up the name of Powerman5000 you put powerman500. Keep it up though, goodluck.

the talking sequence is kinda wiggy, like it looks like paper drawings colored with color pencils, then u edited to make mouth move on the comp o.O? and Otacons voice went from a Bonzi Buddy robot sounding thing, to a real person? when the credits were rolling was the best part in my opinion.. but i give it a 3

At first you heard Liquid Snake disguised as Otacon. It almost feels like the joke that time forgot in retrospect.
